PIT STOP 2010 DETAILS


VENUE

St Mary’s Parish Centre 61 Maxwell Road Blenheim

 
TIMETABLE

Please aim to arrive at the Parish Centre before 1.30pm Friday (9 April).

The weekend concludes after 2-00pm Sunday (11 April).

 
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

·        For all special ministry please refer to a Leadership Team Member who will make the arrangements for you.

·        All attendees MUST remain on site during all breaks and lunch times.

·        Cell phones MUST be turned OFF within the Centre.

·        Smoking is not permitted either in the Centre or grounds.

·        No alcohol is permitted to be consumed over the weekend.

 
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

  • Bible, notepad and pen.
  • Pocket money for recreational times.
  • Sleeping bag, pillow.
  • Personal toiletry and clothing.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

MINIMUM AGE

For those coming from Lamb of God Community Branches and the Light of Christ Community – 13 years old for all other attendees 14 years old.

 
Costs

$10.00 per person for weekend Conference,

and $10 per head/per night accommodation costs.

(eg Stay Fri & Sat nights =$20 + $10 conference, = $30.00 total)

 
PAYMENT

Please pay conference cost on arrival by cash or cheque payable to the Lamb of God Community, and accommodation cost by cash, to your host on arrival.

 
ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation will be allocated on a first to register basis. Once the limited Community Households are filled, those registering will have to make their own arrangements.
